Terms of Use
These Terms explain how you can use Ramblify and what to expect from the service.
Last updated: 9 October 2026
Who can use Ramblify
You must be at least 16 years old to create a Ramblify account. By creating an account, you agree to these Terms.
Your account
Provide accurate account details and keep your sign-in credentials secure. You are responsible for activity through your account. If you think someone else has accessed it, please contact us promptly.
Your content and licence
You keep ownership of the Rambles, photos and other content you create or upload. You give Ramblify a limited licence to host, store, technically reproduce and display that content to operate and promote the service, including making it public when you publish a public Ramble. This licence lasts for as long as needed to provide the service, subject to content removal and lawful retention described in our Privacy Policy.
Only upload or publish content you have the rights to use. You are responsible for the content you share and for respecting other people’s rights and privacy.
Content and conduct
Do not post unlawful, infringing, abusive or hateful content; seriously harmful or fraudulent material; misleading information; content that invades someone’s privacy; or spam. Do not misuse the service, interfere with its security or try to access another person’s account or private content without permission.
Public Rambles, saving and Remix
Public Rambles and their media can be seen by anyone. Private drafts are not intended to be published, and saved Rambles are private to the person saving them.
Where a creator permits Remix, another user can make a separate, editable Ramble using the journey and planning structure. The original creator’s media is not copied. Source attribution may be shown while the source is available.
Travel information and safety
Rambles contain user-generated travel information. Routes, access, opening times, road conditions, weather, laws and local restrictions can change. Check conditions and important details for yourself before travelling. Ramblify does not guarantee that a route or recommendation is safe, accurate or current.
Maps and third-party information
Maps and place information may come from third-party services. That information can change or contain errors, so verify critical travel information with appropriate sources.
Reports and moderation
We may review reports and remove or unpublish content, restrict access, or suspend or delete accounts where reasonably necessary to address safety risks, abuse, illegality or breaches of these Terms.
Changes and availability
We may change Ramblify, add or remove features, or temporarily interrupt the service for maintenance or other reasons. We cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may update these Terms and will show the latest update date on this page.
Stopping use and account deletion
You may stop using Ramblify at any time and delete your account where the account deletion feature is available. We may restrict, suspend or delete an account for serious breaches, abuse, or legal or security reasons. Our Privacy Policy explains how account information is handled.
Our responsibility
Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory consumer rights or excludes liability for fraud, or for death or personal injury caused by negligence where doing so would be unlawful. We are responsible for losses caused by our breach of these Terms where the law requires it.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If you are a consumer, you may also have rights to bring proceedings in the courts where you live where applicable.
